Projects
The research I am working on now, and some projects I have worked on before.
Current
Studying how intracranial masses appear on MRI and how BT-RADS scores vary with patient and reader characteristics — the clinical continuation of my undergraduate thesis. Manuscript in progress (Journal of Neuroimaging).
Testing whether a smartphone-based pupillometer can reliably measure pupillary response at the bedside, where dedicated devices aren't always available.
Designing and evaluating a patient handout that improves communication between radiologists and patients before procedures.
Identifying what drives patient anxiety before neuroradiologic procedures, to guide better pre-procedure support. Manuscript in progress.
Two analyses in neurosurgical patients, including a comparison of age versus frailty as a predictor of surgical outcome.
Past
A single-system study of how BT-RADS scores vary with patient and reader characteristics. Graduated with Highest Honors; presented at the American Society of Neuroradiology, 2025.
Peer-reviewed study on how upfront vascular imaging affected thrombectomy transfer time at a primary stroke center.
